Orders will usually be dispatched the next working day but in busy times may take 1-3 working days. We will email you to confirm dispatch. We use the respected industry leader World Pay as our payment gateway, ensuring your card details are securely processed. Your card will be charged on the day of dispatch.

Out of stock items: We will inform you within 24 hours if a product is out of stock and inform you of expected delivery date. You will then have the option to either cancel or accept the new delivery date.
Are shown in our shopping cart before the order is placed. We use standard Airmail for most orders. or where it is more economical to do so, a courier service. Orders weighing more than 2 kg will show no carriage charge in the shopping cart. We will contact you to quote the delivery charge and if you are in agreement we will proceed with your order. Should you need urgent delivery please contact us via email or telephone in order we can arrange the most cost effective courier.
Loss in transit:
On the very few occasions goods are lost in transit we will replace them within the time scale Royal mail consider them lost, this time scale varies according to the destination country and is approx. 3-6 weeks.
Should your goods be damaged on arrival we will replace them provided you inform us within 10 working days of receipt. In exceptional circumstances we may replace lost or damaged goods if notified after 10 working, days this is however solely at our discretion and you must contact us via telephone or email to discuss the circumstances before attempting to make a claim.
Incorrect goods dispatched by us. You must notify us within 10 working days of receipt. We may ask you to return the goods if so we will refund the cost of postage or arrange collection at our expense. We will either refund or replace your order including of carriage charge. If you notify us later than 10 working days we may still at our discretion replace or refund your order.
Returns & refunds:
If you need to return your goods for any reason for example you have ordered the incorrect goods, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods in unopened perfect condition at your expense within 30 days of receipt.
A refund will be sent to you excluding carriage charges within 30 days of us having received the returned goods.
If you need to return goods to us for any reason more than 7 days after receipt, we may at our discretion, issue you with a credit note or refund, excluding carriage charge, providing that the goods are unopened and are returned in perfect condition within 30 days of the order being placed. We cannot accept any goods back after 30 days.
Orders dispatched to individuals in the European union will be charged the current UK rate of 20% Vat. If you have a European union vat number. Please submit at checkout in order British Vat can be deducted at checkout. Orders shipped to all countries outside the European union will have British vat deducted at checkout. In some countries import duties and tax may be incurred. These are the responsibilities of the customer.
The personal information you provide us with to place an order will be used for the sole purpose of providing you with a goods and services. Your details will not be sold or passed onto any one. We may from time to time email you with news of new products or special offers unless you inform us you do not wish to receive such information.
